THE PROJECT
Confcommercio Cremona entrusted Nebbia with the development of a mobile application dedicated to promoting the local area, with a specific focus on cyclotourism. The main objective of the project was to highlight the province’s scenic, cultural, and gastronomic excellence, positioning it as an ideal destination for cycling enthusiasts.
The app allows users to discover unique cycling routes, accompanied by useful information and insights about the main stops, including tourist attractions, historical and cultural landmarks, and dining options.
The app aims not only to serve as a practical guide for seasoned cyclotourists but also as a tool to inspire new visitors to explore the area in a sustainable and active way.
METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH
Nebbia adopted a “product-oriented” approach for this project, working closely with the client to develop the best possible product based on the initially defined and desired features.
The process began with an in-depth analysis of the target audience, essential for crafting a clear and consistent value proposition. This analysis enabled the team to outline a solid strategy and identify the most appropriate north star metrics—key indicators that would guide design decisions and measure the product’s success over time.

FAST PROTOTYPING
Nebbia adopts a fast prototyping approach, quickly creating functional and iterative prototypes to test ideas, gather feedback, and implement improvements in a short timeframe.
This method allows for identifying challenges and opportunities from the early stages of development, optimizing the design process and ensuring a final product that is more effective and aligned with the needs of both the client and the users
BRANDING
Nebbia also handled the creation of the brand for the app, overseeing every detail: from the moodboard to the naming, from logo design to applications on merchandising and other materials. This comprehensive approach allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the project, ensuring visual and strategic consistency that reflects the essence of the product.
